PicBuddy generates images from photos you provide and from text you write, using third-party AI models. Results are machine-generated interpretations. We do not guarantee that any particular result will be accurate, flattering, usable for a specific purpose, or reproducible.
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the results.
We apply automated safety checks before a request reaches an AI provider, and the providers apply their own. Requests that fail these checks are refused. We may suspend access from a device that repeatedly attempts prohibited content.
You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. Subject to these terms and the providers' terms, you may use the images you generate, including commercially. We claim no ownership over your results. Note that AI-generated images may have limited or no copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
The app uses credits to meter generation. Credits have no monetary value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire. Free credits are provided at our discretion and the amounts may change.
The service depends on third-party AI providers. It may be unavailable, slow, or may change without notice. We may add, modify or remove styles and tools at any time.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use generated images. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Every result screen has a report option. If you encounter content you believe is harmful or violating, report it and we will review it.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
